1. Enrollment and Participation

1.1 Enrollment in Dynamickick Soccer programs, including memberships, season programs, class packages, and gift cards, constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Participants must complete registration before attending any sessions.

2. Payments and Billing

2.1 Payments for all training programs are due at the time of purchase and must be completed through the designated scheduling portal.
2.2 Memberships, season programs, private sessions, packages and coaching service are billed according to the selected plan.
2.3 Gift cards are non-refundable and can only be applied toward eligible Dynamickick Soccer programs.

3. Scheduling and Attendance

3.1 Season program and package holders will have a fixed schedule for their sessions. There is no need to schedule sessions themselves, as they will be automatically assigned based on their membership.
3.2 Missed classes will not be refunded or credited.
3.3 Dynamickick Soccer reserves the right to adjust class schedules, locations, and instructors as needed.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for season programs, class packages, or gift cards.
4.2 In the event of weather-related cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances, no refunds will be provided, though rescheduling may be offered at Dynamickick Soccer discretion.
4.3 Season program memberships and packages are non-transferable and may not be shared.

5. Liability Waiver

5.1 By enrolling, participants and/or their legal guardians acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity and agree to release Dynamickick Soccer and its affiliates from any claims related to injury, loss, or damages incurred during participation.

6. Media Release

6.1 Participants consent to the use of photos and videos taken during sessions for promotional purposes unless a written request is submitted to opt out.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1 All participants, parents, and guardians must conduct themselves respectfully toward coaches, staff, and other players.
7.2 Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without a refund.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1 Dynamickick Soccer reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
